At the close of every year, the Lebanon High School band class goes of a field trip. This year, we went to Kings Island, where, brace yourself...i rode roller coasters. seriously. The first ride we had to endure was the three hour bus trip to the park at seven in the morning. no bathroom breaks in between. well, when we arrived at the park, after using the bathroom, we(the band class) broke up into groups, and could go as we pleased out into the park to explore. My original group was:
- Caitlin
- Brandi
- Lindsay
- Sammi
- Jenifer
- Raymond
word to the wise, don't go into a group whose soul purpose is to seek out drama, because in their quest...they might just find it.
the whole original group didn't really work, and soon after riding the racer backwards...don't try it...our group split into what i like to call the second group that consisted of:
- Caitlin
- Sammi
- Lindsay
we were much happier this way, and the headache that would have been caused by Jennifer in the other group was swiftly averted. OK, I was surprised by this, but a subway sub cost NINE dollars, and the bread was probably a year old. Next time i am going to pack my lunch. you know what, the trip was fun, and i was happy i went and had a little fun with some of the people (no matter how little they shower) that i was never going to see again. i just wish Keith was there, he was one of my favorite underclassmen (though not this year) and i will sincerely miss him :'{ its a sad face for all of those retards who cant look past the screen...OOH now that i can remember some of the events of the trip back...a little before we left, i got this POUNDING headache, so i asked my friend Lindsay if she had some headache medicine good for me, she did. I took one of her pills, and the headache started to go away, and we were just about to get on the bus to head home, so i was like this is great, i won't have a headache with all of the band-freak chitchat on the way home! But on the bus ride, i got dizzy, and tried, and succeeded in going to sleep. about half way to the rest stop, Lindsay wakes me up to talk, and i wanted to murder her for waking me up (not un-usual, you should see me at home) but instead of murder, i just went back to sleep. then i get woken up at the rest stop, and as i get up to leave the bus, i feel all wobbly, like i can't walk strait and so i thought i had just slept wrong, and i shrugged it off. at the rest stop i got a drink, and attempted to walk in a strait line back to the bus, and when i found my seat again, i promptly went back to sleep. the next time i was woken up was when we reached the Lebanon exit, and then...THEN i had to drive Lindsay home, and get home myself, alone on some Crazy headache medicine. it was all good, and i am still alive. i liked what i can remember of kings island. but i will miss my band class. no matter how nerdy, and loud most of the people were, they were like a family...maybe not as close, but we all cared for each other, and would stand up for the people we liked. so anyway.....
